3. User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to use axiomix.top only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any data, information, or content you input, upload, or process using the Tools on axiomix.top. You agree not to:
a) Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
b) Use the Service to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
c) Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
d) Impersonate or attempt to impersonate axiomix.top, an axiomix.top employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
e) Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of axiomix.top, or which may harm axiomix.top or users of the Service.
f) Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access axiomix.top for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the site.
g) Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, layout, design, and compilation are and will remain the exclusive property of axiomix.top and its licensors. The axiomix.top name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of axiomix.top or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of axiomix.top.
All Tools and the underlying software code are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Tools for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of title. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall axiomix.top, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use axiomix.top; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with axiomix.top is to stop using the Service. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

YOUR USE OF AXIOMIX.TOP AND ITS TOOLS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AXIOMIX.TOP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
axiomix.top makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless axiomix.top, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of axiomix.top, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from axiomix.top.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to axiomix.top immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any Tool, or any portion thereof, at any time with or without notice to you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of axiomix.top.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use axiomix.top after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
